With over 30 years of comprehensive experience in federal, state, local, and international taxation, Don has advised a diverse clientele, from individuals and small businesses to global conglomerates. He recently served as Senior Director of Tax at a high-growth fintech company, where he led the tax team in future-proofing the organization. A respected thought leader, Don has taught graduate tax courses at Baruch College for over eight years and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. His expertise also extends to M&A advisory for family and private equity-owned businesses and assisting global automobile and steel makers with site selection, business planning, and tax system implementation.
